Refine Properties selector dialog

The dialog box can be simplified by using only one List widget where the selection represent the selected values (and not the second List widget)

Validation test

1. Compute an Index on VOEUX
2. To change the properties to "frpos,frlemma"
   1. move up frpos, select "frpos" and click on the [ ^ ] button
   2. select frpos and frlemma (use CTRL or SHIFT)
   3. 
3. Validate with OK or click outside of the popup
