CA chart, adapt the mouse over and items selection mechanism to "hide labels" and "label and shape size styling" features

    The items selector has been modified to adapt the selection highlighting to the label and shape dynamic sizes. Need to check on Linux and Mac OS too since the font string bounds detection is really platform dependent.

    Validation tests

    • create a CA factorial map chart on Windows, Linux, Mac OS
    • tests if it looks acceptable/correct, with a style sheet, when mouse is over an item or an item is selected and with the following settings from tool bar :
      • labels and shapes visible
      • only labels visible
      • only shapes visible
    • tests if it looks acceptable/correct, without style sheet ("<no style>" style sheet menu entry), when mouse is over an item or an item is selected and with the following settings from tool bar:
      • labels and shapes visible
      • only labels visible
      • only shapes visible
    • "acceptable/correct" means readable, centered into bounding box, aesthetic, etc.
    • "selected" means clicked in the chart or selected in the information table
