Current editions selection list display position

We need to choose where the current edition list is displayed in the Edition form.

Currently:

• in the TXM portal, the edition list is shown to the left.
• the SynopticEditor mimic this behavior.

But we can also show the edition list next to edition selector button

the list is displayed on the left and the page&text navigation widgets on the right
