Remove the edition dialog selection

Solution

The editor should open with a default edition selection.

The default edition selection should be :

* configured in the corpus import parameters (currently the import.xml file) at

/import/corpora/corpus/editions@default

* if the “default” attribute is not set, display the first edition declared in

/import/corpora/corpus/editions/edition

• if no edition, don’t open the editor
