RCP: x.x, Synoptic edition editor extension

added type::feature ui + 1 deleted label

changed milestone to %TXM 0.8.0

Tested by SJ ans AL on 2014-06-03.
Everything is OK, except the following bugs:

• character encoding problem —>utf-8 encoding must be declared on each HTML page of the binary corpus
• the synoptic edition is no longer updated after a few repetitions of the “Read edition” command, you need to make a standard back to text (double click) and then re-run “Read edition” to make it work again.
