RCP: 0.7.6, Charts, manage "Grayscale", "Black & White" and/or "Monochrome" rendering modes for some charts

Grayscale and monochrome capabilities has been added to JFC charts engine so we may now manage the preferences “Grayscale”, “Black&White” and “Colors” (chart locally or globally). We may manage “Monochrome” rather than “Black&White” and offer the color choice to the user ? (or offering the both rendering modes ?)

NOTE: R charts engine only supports “Colors” and “Grayscale” at the moment.

• extract and remove colors definitions from Progression.colors (only used by RChartsEngine at this moment for Progression and Specificities commands)
• discuss about that, atm JFCChartsEngine uses a pre-defined 4 colors set based on HighCharts web lib via a custom JFC theme named HighChartsTheme

This issue is obsolete. The colors palette extraction has been done and some more precise issues will be created.
