RCP: x.x, "dev" update level

Add a new update level called “Dev” that will be used to do tests before the “Alpha” update level is reached :

• add the “Dev” level in the preference page
• add the “Dev” repository in the “Install Extension” command
• add the “Dev” repository in the “Update TXM” command
• update bash scripts (used to update the repositories)

Tests OK for the DEV main update and the DEV extension update.
