RCP: x.x, Upgrade the update wizard dialog

The default update Wizard (Eclipse RCP native) has 2 problems :

- it is not translated in French (273 lines)

• TXM update content can be shown but with too much manipulations

First step :

- translate messages

• In the second wizard page, the TXM update (product) is selected and the details field show the feature description (instead of nothing)
