The Subcorpus CQP properties values in the Properties command should not be read from the whole corpus

The sample values of word properties are not taken from the subcorpus but from the whole corpus. This may be misleading.

Validation test

1. Computes a "simple" subcorpus on VOEUX
2. select text@annee
3. all annees are displayed ,select all 199* années to build the 199x subcorpus
4. Computes the properties of VOEUX/199x
5. only the 199x annees are displayed
