When re-importing an XTZ corpus XSL/facs edition is not recreated

To reproduce:

1. Import a XTZ corpus with a XSL/facs edition
2. Change the XSL or source files ????
3. Re-import the corpus

changed milestone to %TXM 0.8.4

added import::xtz type::bug labels

added status::à tester label

TXM 0.8.4 (2024-10-29 10h41) Linux, 6.8.0-47-generic, amd64…

Tested with modifying 7-facs-html.xsl file in the FABLIAUXBETA corpus, the facs edition is updated correctly.
