Move delete concordance line button in the top toolbar

The delete concordance line button is not visible by default (placed in the parameters panel) which prevents its usage directly from the concordance UI → move it to the top toolbar buttons after the annotation button

Validation test

1. Compute a concordance on VOEUX

OK, avec comme Sébastien et copie d'écran de validation, bouton "Delete line" juste avant bouton "Annotation", mais c'est peut-être aussi bien car laisse le menu Annotation, plus lourd qu'un simple bouton, au bord.

I'm closing the issue, feel free to reopen if the button really should be after the annotation button and not before it.
