CA, apply style from style table

    Port the CAStyle macro into a new Style API of the CA result.

    Style API

    • data: styles table
    • methods: add style, apply style

    Solution

    1. move CAStyle rendering code in CAItemStyleRenderer
    2. create the StylingSheet API (rules with styling&selection instruction)
