Transcriber import, replace the "ref" property with a reference pattern

The "ref" property takes a lot of disk space and is fixed.

Remove the ref property and set the concordance reference pattern with :

• properties: text_id,sp_who,sp_time
• pattern: %s %s: %s

Validation test

1. Open the import form of the TRS import

2. Select the source directory of https://gitlab.huma-num.fr/txm/txm-ressources/-/archive/master/txm-ressources-master.zip?path=corpora/P1S8/p1s8-course-transcription and ensure the corpus will be a new corpus
