R, udpate to the 4.2.2 version

Update R for the 3 targeted OS : Windows, Mac OS X and Ubuntu

1. update the org.txm.*r. plugins
   • preinstall some R packages textometry, FactoMineR and WordCloud
2. check if the R based commands still works:
   • textometry
   • FactoMineR : FactoResult
     $eig$
     eigenvalue seems broken
     # FactoResult
     $eig$
     eigenvalue ->FactoResult$eig[,1]
   • Wordcloud
