SendtoR command is not available in the main toolbar and menus

Fix the R decorator of the non R based result:

• Index
• Partition Index
• Lexical Table: no need to transfert, display the R symbol
• CA: no need to transfert, display the R symbol
• CAH: no need to transfert, display the R symbol
• Dimensions : need to transfert, display the R symbol
• Progression : need to transfert, display the R symbol

Validation test

• CA, AHC, Lexical table and specificities should always have a small red "R" in their icon
• Any result after being sent to R should also has it
• A result with the R decorator should also appears in the R Variable view
