TreeTaggerInstaller, simplify access to the models directory

Currently the models directory path is built with the installed plugin path.

This complex path doesn’t help users to add new model files.

Solution

Copy the model files into the TXMHOME/treetagger-models directory and set the ‘models directory path’ preference value to it.
