GWT: 0.5, Users' subcorpora lost at portal restart

User defined corpora seem to be lost at every restart of the test portal.
Until this bug is resolved, we cannot update the BFM portal.

It also was a problem of rights.
1- set g+w right : DONE
2- set default umask to 002 : NOT DONE
3- add write Tests of workspace data : DONE

OK, tested on “test” portal (corpora are not lost).
