RCP: X.X, page break: words not highlighted in editions

For some texts, words are not highlighted in editions.

All pagers (but Doc import pager) are messing with the first word id when the page is cut using the number of words and is using the next word id instead of the word id that cuts the page.

Solution

Fix first word in page id selection.
