RCP: X,x, add more analec commands access

    • keyboard shortcuts:
      • ENTER / RETURN ->create
      • DEL ->delete
      • CTRL + SPACE ->modify limits (the SPACE shortcut is already used by the navigator)
    • dynamic contextual menu depending on the units matching the mouse position :
      • the “select UNIT” entries
      • the “delete UNIT” entries
        the “modify limits UNIT” entries works only with the Analec unit limits correction scheme
