Annotation, Temporary Annotations are not retained when closing session

Check if temporary annotations are preserved from one session to the next

During 0.7.8 alpha test, with Linux Mint, the annotations were not preserved.

added annotation type::bug + 1 deleted label

changed milestone to %TXM 0.8.1

There is a preference now to retain annotations between TXM sessions
