Macro TextTranscription2TRS: parameters dialog box doesn't display any parameter widget

Diagnostic
When launching the macro, the parameters window doesn’t allow to edit the parameters. See screenshot below.
Solution
Fixed with the next setup or from SF macro page
Validation test
- install TXM 0.7.7
- run the Text2TXT macro
MD : OK Windows 8, BUT I’ve got the following error message :
Error while processing directory: java.lang.IllegalStateException: this OfficeManager is currently stopped(from redmine: issue id 1198, created on 2014/12/14 by Serge Heiden)
