GWT: x.x, prefix command toolbar with active selection name

CYCLE 1
(corpus name = active selection name)

• add a space between portal icon and corpus name
• add corpus name before command toolbar buttons (useful when the corpus view is closed)
  • limit corpus name length to 10 characters + ‘…’ character

CYCLE 2

• Logout must clear the Toolbar prefix
• Toolbar prefix must not show the user namespace

(MD: I also fixed the “*” inserted when locale is “en”)
(MD: I also fixed menu bar buttons refreshing when user login or logout)

Validation test

• Select “GRAAL” corpus and check if its name prefix Toolbar buttons
• Build a sub-corpus, select it and check if its name (without user namespace) is displayed before Toolbar buttons

• Log out and check that the subcorpus name is no longer displayed

OK for corpora.

For subcorpora, the user “namespace” should be masked. Otherwise, it is the only thing one can see, and it does not contain any useful information.

The subcorpus prefix is still displayed after “sign out”, when no corpus or sub-corpus is actually selected.
