RCP: 0.7.5, Windows 7, TXM failed to start Rserve

On some Windows configuration (to be defined), TXM failed to start Rserve using the “$PROGRAMFILES/TXM/R/bin/R.exe” path

Solution:

• use the $PROGRAMFILES/TXM/R/bin/x64/Rterm.exe or $PROGRAMFILES/TXM/R/bin/x86/Rterm.exe

Update R paths in the NSIS files (Windows setups)
