add linear phoneme probe (logistic regression on TIMIT)

Frame-level probe with boundary trimming (default 20%) to avoid coarticulation artifacts at segment edges. Outputs per-layer accuracy, macro-F1, per-phoneme F1, confusion matrix, and summary PDF.
