Add new ArkeoServer, with preliminary JWT support, permissions update, client update for multi-apps build

  • Add the new ArkeoServer project, this is the Server that will run server-side for ArkeoGIS, it will be used for JWT auth, and for exports from server.
  • Update the permissions of each tables of Hasura, so that ArkeoGIS wich is ArkeOpen based can run using "user" rôle.
  • Update the React Web-App project, so that it can be used to build ArkeOpen and ArkeoGIS with only what's needed for each.
