Mac OS X, the right mouse click pan doesn’t work in chart editors.

added charts priority::high type::bug + 1 deleted label

changed milestone to %TXM 0.8.0

Done. The problem was the difference between default JFreeChart pan modifiers on Windows/Linux (CTRL) and Mac (ALT).

Test OK on VM with Mac OS 10.9.4

Could anyone test this issue on Mac since we now use the left mouse button?
Need to be tested with JFC charts engine and R chars engine.
