Reorganize and simplify the TXMEditor toolbars

Existing toolbars :

• top : main, compute, export, charts
• bottom : search button and mainly used by Edition and concordances

Target : more fixed buttons&toolbar and lighten and simplify the top toolbar

To discuss :

• use Coolbars
• Move the compute button to a fixed position at the end of the editors top toolbar
• Move the export button to a fixed position at the end of the editors top or bottom toolbar
• Move rendering parameters in the bottom bar
• Move navigation controls in the bottom bar : (ex : chart compass)
• Top toolbar contains computing or rendering controls strongly impacting the result
• Make the toolbars moveable and/or floating and/or detacheable
• Create a left or right toolbar
• etc.
