CA, remove LT rows or columns from the CA plan

  1. Select the rows or columns to remove with a selection in the Plan
  2. Remove or merge CA ancestor LT rows or columns
  3. Recompute the CA

Add the Delete Row/column command in the "popup:ChartEditorContextMenuItemArea"
