Import, Injection of structures properties from a table file

All imports can inject text metadata using text ids and a table file (joined on IDs).

We could do the same with some text structures and one of their property from a separate table file : for example join on the sp@who property in transcriptions to inject speaker metadata (sex, age...) on <sp> structures.
