The two macros
prototypes/txt/MultiLineSearchReplaceInDirectoryMacro.groovy
and
txt/MultiLineSearchReplaceInDirectoryMacro.groovy
have the same functionalities as the
txt/SearchReplaceInDirectoryMacro.groovy macro.

Solution

remove prototypes/txt/MultiLineSearchReplaceInDirectoryMacro.groovy and txt/MultiLineSearchReplaceInDirectoryMacro.groovy
