XML editor extension cannot be installed

Impossible to install the extension.

Error message when installing the extension:

Missing requirement: XML editor 1.0.0.202306201207 (org.txm.xmleditor.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.202306201207) requires 'org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; org.eclipse.wst.sse.ui 1.3.500' but it could not be found

Solution

  • add Eclipse 2022-09 to the update site repository
  • fix the xmleditor depends version to the Eclipse 2022-09 repository
