CA chart, add a "shapes only" visualization mode

CA chart editor toolbar offers “labels + shapes/points” and “labels only” visualization modes.
Add a “shapes/point only” visualization mode.

Define the text command.
Current:

FR: “Afficher/masquer les points”
EN: //to check

If needed, implement an abstract and global 3 states parameters widget solution.
