R, update to last stable version

Upgrade 2 years old R and libraries (FactoMineR, wordcloud, Rserve, textometry) to commons stable version after:

• the current long term support Ubuntu version : 22.04
• the current version of Mac OS supported by TXM : 10.14
• the current version of Windows supported by TXM : 10
