Macro, parameters dialog, not opening

The dialog is silently not opened causing null pointers later during the process since parameters are not set.

The bug is not systematic for everyone, but frequent but occurring to somebody

Diagnose

- Update TXM 0.8.1 to the last alpha version

- set log level to finest

- run a macro using the parameters dialog

• detailed logs must point out when the opening problem occurs
