13NOV, SegmentTRSInSectionFromMarker macro

The newSectionMarker parameter (default “*#”) in a word of the transcription marks the begining of a new Transcriber Section.

Sections are numbered from 1 to N, N being the total number of Sections in the transcription.

if the newSectionMarker happens during a Turn, a new Turn is created using the last available start-end timing values
