13NOV, normalize locutors

1. Update/create a macro to normalize transcriber locutors
2. Rename macro FixTranscription ->CreateOtherTurns
3. Create a Fix13Transcription that call

• the CreateOtherTurns macro
• normalize the 13Nov interviewers using parameters:
  • idRegex = Enqueteur|Enquetrice
  • idName = “”
  • id = ENQ
  • name = ENQ
