RCP: 0.8.0, Convert Dialog boxes of Sub-corpus and Partition to editor

Dialog boxes of Sub-corpus and Partition creation are the last command parameter dialogs.

Redefining them to editor allow :

- to edit a subcorpus or a partition parameters

  • more homogeneous with other commands
