RCP: 0.8.0, subcorpus specificities broken when intermediate lexical table is displayed

When the intermediate lexical table of subcorpus specificies is displayed, the specificities frequencies and indexes area wrong

reproduce :

- compute a subcorpus

- compute a specificities

- activate hidden parent display of the specificities result

- open the lexical table

• the specificities shown in the editor is broken
