Add a preference to set the CQP matching strategy

Add a preference to set the CQP matching strategy to CQPSearchEnginePreferences and in the preference pages. See the cqp\SetMatchingStrategy macro for code.

May be better to store it in abstraction: /org.txm.searchengine.core

Validation test

1. Open the CQP preferences : TXM > Advances > SearchEngines > CQP
2. Set the matching strategy to longest
3. compute a NEW VOEUX concordance with []{2,3]
