The update dialog and the TXM startup progress dialog are opened at the same time

block the update until TXM is ready

Try to call the update in postStartup(), see: http://www.ralfebert.de/archive/eclipse_rcp/p2_updates_tutorial_36
Check it doesn’t break the proxy managment.
