GWT: x.x, Do not display the initial slash in the tab names of cms pages

The slash is currently displayed in the pages placed directly in the html portal directory.

Validation test

• Follow the link: http://portal.textometrie.org/test/?command=page&path=/Collection%20BFM
• Check that there is no slash in the tab name
