KDE4 issues

Many things in KDE4 are missing translations or things that should probably not be included:

• Please take the official translations! You find them here […] EN: HTML l 13506 and following
• tvignaud@ mandriva. com, jdrapier@ club- internet. frEMAIL OF TRANSLATORS l 13891 and following
• Many lines with (optional, probably does not need a translation) e.g. l 20669
• Many lines with (optional) e.g. l 20779
• Some lines are still in English, e.g. title for file button used in HTML forms (l 62892), we could try filtering these using langid but maybe it's overkill since we should probably need to comb the whole file by hand.

This is a bit annoying because it means we have a lot of cleanup to do on the upstream source, and that we would need to do it again for newer translations. The way I see it, we should:

• Comb/clean this dataset by hand once, and after that consider that we hold the primary source of truth and we won't pull from upstream at any time.
• Since the dataset is kinda old anyway, we could try instead to source a new corpus from https://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=br, and the best way to do that would be to reach out to the translation team and see if they want to work more closely with us.
