All 5 core HERA concepts are supported.
Why it is _not_ a version 1.0 :
1. I'm pretty confident about XSD, but not that much about RNG and DTD: those need more testing ;
2. Some questions remain to be determined, mainly "how to support internationalization?" and "how can 3rd party apps manage their settings?". Answers are there, but the point is to make those the most lightweight and scalable. And maybe I can wrapping those in the next 1.0 would avoid a future 1.1, 1.2 and so on.

So, here you are. This version 0.9 should be largely usable, with "buts". Let's let it mature a bit before calling it 1.0.
