Heurist CREATE connector

Heurist's XML output (HML) is a mess (see #12 (closed)), and it's even more a PITA to handle as Heurist itself just ignores part of it (like record creation date, among others).
So, even if I created HML files, Heurist's behaviour is so fragile and inconsistent that it prolly wouldwill be my fault should the file import behave unexpectedly.

So, until Heurist manages to solve its many issues, I won't do this, hell no. I've personnaly wasted enough time inhaling copium.

If you wanna import files in Heurist, just use CSV.
